Natlie offers individual and family therapy with children and teens. She has experience working individually and in groups with children in both school and mental healthcare settings. Her work often focuses on helping children to build skills including identifying feelings, learning and using coping strategies, and advocating for wants and needs. She has supported children with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and autism spectrum disorders.

Natalie uses CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches in her work. She has experience with play therapy with young children. When working with children, she understands that therapy makes up a small part of a client’s week. Therefore, working collaboratively with families and school teams is an important piece of the process. In her work with clients, she places a high importance on building the therapeutic relationship through collaboration, play, and learning about an individual’s interests. She loves celebrating every accomplishment and hearing about all the big and small victories in her clients’ lives.

Natalie also offers educational advocacy services. She draws on her background working in schools to support families in collaborating and developing a plan of support for their child in the classroom.

Natalie is in network with Blue Cross PPOs, United Healthcare, Cigna, & Aetna.
